Talk on Recovery Nutrition
The participation rate in physical activities has shown a considerable increase in the past few years, especially in endurance sports and exercises. A talk on Recovery Nutrition is therefore arranged for our alumni to learn more about the importance of recovery nutrition after long hours of physical activities. We are honoured to have invited Mr. Frankie Siu, the Sport Nutritionist of the Hong Kong Sports Institute, to share his experience with our alumni on the relationship between diet and exercise. He has given us a comprehensive overview on how our daily diet helps with sport performance and recovery. Our alumni have shown great interest in the talk and gained a lot of tips on how to better prepare for their upcoming sport challenges.
